How do I line up a new photo?

Open a subject and tap Line up a new photo. Your last photo appears as a see-through ghost. Move until the ghost matches what you see, using the compass and tilt readings: they light up when they match last time. The Guide in the app explains every reading.

My photos aren't showing up on my other iPhone.

Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on for Thenscape (Settings › your name › iCloud). Open Thenscape on both and give it a few minutes on Wi-Fi: names arrive first, pictures can take longer. Options › iCloud sync shows when it last synced.

How do I back up my photos?

Open Options › Backup & restore and tap Choose backup folder…, for example a folder in iCloud Drive. Thenscape keeps it up to date, and Restore from backup… brings your photos back on a new iPhone.

I bought Thenscape Pro. How do I get it on another device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Options, tap Thenscape Pro, then Restore purchase. Pro is a one-time purchase, so you never pay again.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Thenscape Pro.

Why does Thenscape want my location?

To remember where each photo was taken, so it can suggest earlier photos near you and point you back to the spot. It stays with your photos and is never sent to us. Thenscape works without it, too. See the privacy policy.
